尾田栄一郎による人気漫画を実写ドラマ化した本作は、主人公モンキー・D・ルフィ率いる麦わらの一味が、海賊王ゴールド・ロジャーが遺した「ひとつなぎの大秘宝（ワンピース）」をめぐる大冒険を繰り広げる海洋ロマン。身体がゴムのように伸びる主人公ルフィをイニャキ、世界一の大剣豪を目指すロロノア・ゾロを新田、一味の航海士ナミをエミリー、父親譲りの狙撃の腕を持つウソップをジェイコブ、料理の腕は超一流な足技の達人サンジをタズが演じている。

    a moment to appreciate Taz's translator because his accent is very hard to understand even for English speakers 😂 also his choice of words are too distinctively rare vocabularies that many people don't use it irl

    I find it fascinating how people's voice can get deeper in their native language, Mackenyu sounds more deeper in japanese just like Iñaki does when he speaks spanish XD

    It's crazy how Mackenyu can switch between Eastern and Western sensibilities depending where he is.
