Such a beautiful, inspiring and heartbreaking video. This beautiful soul's courage and strength must have been dug out from beneath his deepest core to produce this project. Just reading about this devastating loss of family. home, city would literally rip your heart apart. Words just fail me trying to walk in his shoes. All of your mementos, treasures, home, and loved ones taken away. This type of tragedy is something that is deeply embedded into your very soul. The cruelty of nature's wrath destroying everything you built through the years, rooms that shared special moments, the familiar streets you traveled growing up, gone, along with the most precious people in your life, your beloved family. The dreams, nightmares of their deaths, scars both visible and invisible get carried with you, and do not disappear, even with time after a tragedy of this magnitude.
It would be bittersweet to experience the restoration of new life after death and destruction that is inspiring but does not replace what truly mattered in life. Familiar but not familiar.
My thoughts and prayers are with all those who lost everything except all the memories that will stay with them no matter what.❤❤
