Sabalenka is playing amazing tennis, i think Naomi should be working on her net game some more. Sabalenka sliced her backhand Naomi should have been at the net, she was slow to get there, so the ball was low.

Weird how they kept showing points that Sabalenko lost in the first set; meanwhile she was leading by a ton! Show the winning player’s points!!
Tennis is very unpredictable. Back in 2018, these 2 played each other at the US open. Naomi Osaka won and went ahead to win that tournament. From 2018-2021, it seemed Naomi would have the better career of the 2, but things have changed drastically. Sabalenka has same number of slams and more titles overall. Looking at this match, It's quite obvious Naomi is far behind the top players at the moment. I really wanted her to rise to the top and win more slams, but I doubt it will happen. She might beat some top players here and there, but the game has left her behind. She needs to really step up her game to have a chance.

The serving statistics for Sabalenka was phenomenal. She worked on that first serve as she should become Rybakina is going to be tough to beat without perfect serve game. Naomi played great in the second set. Hopefully she can do more in Miami.
