その後、リスナーから、深澤が5月5日の32歳の誕生日に行ったインスタグラムでのライブ配信で「阿部（亮平）ちゃんが毎年顔に俺の好きなキャラクターのペイントをして送ってくれる」と話していたことに関するメールが到着。
「いったいどんなペイントをしているのか？ いつからやっているのか？ どんな写真を送っているのか？ 真相を教えてください」という質問が寄せられた。
深澤は、「今年も書いてくれましたね」と振り返りつつ、自身が最近ハマっているというアニメ『マッシュル-MASHLE-』（TOKYO MXほか）のキャラクターを顔にペイントした写真を阿部が送ってくれたと報告。
その写真を見たという向井によると、「ちょっとやるんじゃなくて、顔全体に描いてるやん。いろいろと」「だからお正月の罰ゲームにみたいになってる」そう。
深澤は、「しっかりやってるのよ、阿部ちゃん。うれしいよ」「なによりもメンバー、みんなそれぞれ連絡がくる。それが一番うれしいんでね」と喜んでいた。
