Ich habe vor zwei Jahren angefangen selbst Ramen zu kochen. Aus Rinderknochen oder Hühner. Denke ich bekomme es einigermaßen hin, aber muss noch viele Ratschläge bekommen. Das Problem sind die richtigen Nudeln hier zu bekommen.
