STARTO社、木村拓哉・目黒蓮らへの悪質な権利侵害投稿に法的対応 開示請求へ
「STARTO ENTERTAINMENT」（スタートエンターテインメント）が10日、公式サイトを更新。「当社契約タレントへの権利侵害に関する法的対応状況のご報告」と題したお知らせを掲載した。
現在、その中でも特に悪質な権利侵害投稿を中心に発信者情報の開示請求を行っております。その結果、以下の当社契約タレントに対する誹謗中傷や加害予告などのインターネット上の権利侵害投稿について、投稿者のIPが開示され、日本国内の通信会社から投稿を行っていることが分かりました」と木村拓哉、SUPER EIGHTの村上信五、横山裕、Snow Manの佐久間大介、向井康二、目黒蓮、ラウールの名前を挙げ、「そのうえで、投稿者を特定するため、これらの通信会社に対し、当該通信の契約者情報の開示請求を行いましたのでお知らせいたします」と伝えた。
