2nd comment its clear to me this youtube level fans/commenters clearly dont understand Kei is 35 years old, Tommy is 27. Kei has done better and won bigger matches and Paul still has to do better with what hes got. Kei made a statement that first set for people that get tennis.

Nobody guna say it!? Tommy Paul lost the first set because Nishikori is a way better player, another class, then he goes and puts on the brightest yellow shirt while hes playing a japanese guy. What a cheap low shot, a fucking zero class unsportmanshiplike move. Nishikori lost because he clearly is a super honerable man who would never do that to another person and tommy paul does this as a mental edge and of course it worked but its okay we all know nishikori is a better player and a better person.

The wind was crazy in this match affected both players but mostly nishikori. Blew off and moved the ball in many important points.

It's worth to have seen this first set as Kei keeps competitive, dominates and wins it ! However, afterwards and unfortunately, he seems to loose his concentration and consistency in the rest of the match. Tommy Paul is a very strong opponent and will be a top ten player in this season ! Anyway, hope Kei will keep going and play some incredible matches ! 🎾💪"

Nishikori's technique is still intact, and if it's a three-set match, I think he'll still be able to advance.
Does anybody else hate Tommy Paul's technique as much as I do? I literally can't watch him play. It's almost as bad as Norrie's technique.

Kei is never been a volley player. And this tactic will never work coz he is not tall enough and his serve is jut good but not great.nice try
