2025年新オープンの東京カフェまとめ8選 | 新宿・表参道・渋谷・日本橋 | カフェ巡り | CAFE VLOG #95
Hello, this is MASA CAFE VLOG. I’m surprised that we’re already in May of 2025. The days go by so quickly. Many new cafes have already opened this year. This time we have put together a list of 8 cafes in Tokyo that will open in 2025, so be sure to check them out. The first one is CAFE ZUKKE in Shinjuku. Although the restaurant just opened on March 16th, it was crowded with many customers during lunch time. The inside of the store is a stylish and cozy space with antique furniture. There are four types of desserts, and I chose the cherry blossom cheese terrine. The pale pink cheese terrine has a delicate visual and is beautiful. Topped with fresh cream and salted cherry blossoms. It’s a spring-like sweet with a faint scent of cherry blossoms. For the drink, I chose hot tea to go with the terrine. Let’s cut it. It’s so soft that you can easily cut it with a fork. Let’s have it. The sourness of the cheese works well in Deline. It’s a sweet with a refreshing scent of cherry blossoms and a refreshing aftertaste. The second one is RICO DOLCE Nihonbashi store in Nihonbashi. A Japanese chestnut specialty store that had its grand opening on April 15th. Our main store is in Gifu, and we aim to be the most delicious chestnut store in Japan. There are counter seats inside the store, so you can eat in as well. This is a hidden cafe located 3 minutes walk from Nihonbashi Station. Parfait au Rico Marron is a parfait made with Japanese chestnuts. This is a chestnut-filled parfait made with chestnut grains, Japanese chestnut cream, and Japanese chestnut ice cream. I was surprised at how light it was, but it turned out to be a gluten parfait. It’s gluten-free, so no flour is used. This is a sweet named Kogane. A new type of Mont Blanc with golden chestnut grains, mousse and blancmange. I finish it after an order is placed, but while I’m making it, I can’t help but notice the pleasant aroma of chestnuts. It’s amazing that they are so particular about their manufacturing methods that you can enjoy delicious Japanese chestnut sweets all year round. Mont Blanc has the aromatic aroma of Japanese chestnuts that fills your mouth. By the way, the Nihonbashi store is the only place where the items are finished after you order them. Not only can you eat in, but you can also take out. The third restaurant is Arcanum in Nishiazabu, a French restaurant that just opened its grand opening on April 1st. Dinner is served at night, but you can also eat parfait during the day. There are only 6 counter seats inside the store, but it doesn’t feel small. The inorganic space is stylish and feels like you can spend a relaxing time alone. The fruit parfait that changes with the seasons is Royal Queen this season. This is my first time trying a parfait using the brand strawberry Royal Queen. The beautiful deep red strawberries are ripe, sweet, and very delicious. The chef will prepare the parfait after you order.It’s amazing how quickly it can be made. Place the top part on a plate like this. In addition to strawberries, macaroons and strawberry chocolate are also on top. There was pistachi ice cream, panna cotta, and cranberry confiture in the glass. The combination of ingredients that brought out the flavor of Royal Queen’s strawberries was so wonderful. You can choose from TWG’s black tea for the set drink. The restaurant is fully booked, so please make a reservation in advance through table check before going. The fourth one is SHOGUN cafe & experience in Omotesando. The cafe is located near Omotesando Station, a 2-minute walk away, and just opened on March 27th. The stylish interior of the restaurant has a modern Japanese feel that will be liked not only by foreigners but also by Japanese people. An experience-based cafe based on the concept of the Tokugawa shogun who founded the Edo period. You can experience Iai, calligraphy, tea ceremony, etc. This time I used the cafe normally. I had strawberry daifuku. Daifuku contains milk white bean paste and has a gentle sweetness. The white bean paste covers the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries. We also had a matcha-flavored warabi mochi manju. When you eat Japanese sweets, you definitely want to drink matcha. The staff will make tea for you when you order, so we recommend it. The wabi mochi is soft and chewy and delicious. I enjoyed tea and chatted with the staff. Please note that advance reservations are required for the hands-on facilities on the second floor. The fifth cafe is Attic Room Log in Shibuya, which opened on February 23rd. The store is located on the 8th floor of a multi-tenant building, but it’s a little hard to find, so it’s best to use this sign as a guide. Attic room means attic when translated into Japanese. As you enter the store, you can see that it is literally an attic. It makes sense since the concept is an attic cafe that feels like a secret base. When you go up the stairs, you will find a seat that feels like a hideout. There are seats in places like this, so I’m excited. I was surprised that the owner made it by DIY. I drank hot coffee and relaxed until dessert arrived. No matter where you look at this cafe, it’s a beautiful space that’s picturesque. Ordered 3 cakes. In the middle is a strawberry and custard tart. There are plenty of bright red strawberries on a bright red plate. The thick italto is a homemade dough with a moist texture. Custard cream is hidden under the sweet and sour strawberries. The banana baked cheesecake uses ripe bananas, so you can enjoy the rich sweetness. Blueberry rare cheese has a sour taste and is not too sweet. All the cakes are homemade and delicious. I think it’s a good after-meal dessert because it’s not too sweet and has a gentle taste. By the way, we also have an exciting lunch menu for adults and children, so be sure to check it out. The 6th item is Cafe Dance in Kayabacho. The grand opening will be held on March 22nd. The cafe is a renovated bank built in 1923. The interior of the store is a calm space where you can take a breather. The tables, chairs, and walls are all made of wood to give it a natural feel. Ordered panna cotta with caramel sauce. I had it with iced tea. Panna cotta served on a silver plate has a somewhat classic feel. It has two layers, and the bottom part seems to be caramel sauce. The panna cotta will be jiggly and elastic. Let’s have it. Panna cotta has a smooth texture and is creamy. It’s good that it’s not too sweet. Their home-made waffles seem to be their specialty, so it would be a good idea to have them for brunch or lunch. The 7th item is Berg’s April Minamimachida Granbury Park store. There is a shop inside the Gathering Market in Minamimachida Granberry Park. The grand opening will be on March 25th. This is a popular Western confectionery store with its main store in Tama Plaza. The store’s famous original macarons and cookies are on display. There were a lot of cute cakes in the showcase, and they all looked delicious. Domestic strawberry parfait and tunkaron. The parfait includes homemade soft serve ice cream and strawberry jelly. The soft serve ice cream is fluffy and delicious. Domestic strawberry tunkaron is sandwiched between strawberries and fresh cream. The shape of the store’s original macarons is so cute. We also recommend the domestic strawberry smoothie, which contains plenty of strawberries. Let’s have it. The soft serve ice cream is fluffy, light and delicious. It’s a reasonable size, so it’s perfect for eating while walking. On sunny days, I recommend sitting on the terrace as it is very comfortable. The 8th house is ARTISAN LIEN in Shirokane Takanawa. This is a cafe and baked goods shop that had its grand opening on March 21st. I was surprised to see a line forming from the pre-opening. Inside the store, there are rows of delicious-looking baked goods that are freshly baked. Takasaki’s patisserie Lien has opened a flagship shop in Tokyo. This soufflé is a specialty menu and is only available at the Shirokane Takanawa store. This will be a dine-in only menu. The soufflé, which is made to order, has a best-before date of 60 seconds, which is surprising. Make sure to eat it quickly as it will deflate over time. It comes with fresh cream, ice cream, and salt, so you can change the taste. Fondant cacao is also a sweet limited to Shirokane Takanawa store. This is a baked confectionery made from terrine chocolate dough. The melted chocolate is rich, fragrant, and delicious. Let’s have it. The soufflé is fluffy and chewy, and you can feel the sweetness of the wheat. The secret to its deliciousness is that it uses ancient grains called spelled and wheat. The fragrant and unique flavor will make you addicted. They also have tartlets, scones, and chocolate terrine, so be sure to check them out.
