【戦力外その後】ビビってるやつはダセェ!生き残った○○と○○の心境に迫る!

Every day I was told, “You’re not good enough,” and it annoyed me. Who would want to spend money on someone who is scared of being told that? There was an announcement from Itsuki Minato, right? How were you at that time? I couldn’t see anyone’s face. This is not the goal. Just because we’ve avoided being cut from the team doesn’t mean we have a goal. It just puts me on an equal footing with the other cast members. Kabukichou TV. Hello. We filmed a video following you closely when you announced to your cast members that you were no longer part of the team. I just wonder what happened after that. I’d love to hear about that. In fact, after that STOUDE MIRE told me, “I want to be cast again.” I had no intention of letting him continue the cast. “That’s impossible,” I said. “I’d be happy to work as a backstage staff member,” he said, coming to me with a request. “I honestly don’t know if you’ll be able to come back to the cast,” I said. I asked, “Are you still going to bet on the possibility?” and he said, “Yes, I will.” He is STOUDE MIRE, whose highest monthly sales are 60,000 yen. Excuse me. thank you. I hand over the receipt. Does STOUDE MIRE serve first drinks at 4-1? He is the Vice President RUI of LITA. STOUDE MIRE. Did you serve drinks? I haven’t delivered the drinks yet. Please provide it soon. Can I pull it out? That’s okay. Stoude Mire began working as a staff member, betting on a tiny bit of hope. It was different from the work I had imagined the staff would do. The staff behind the scenes have a very tough job. STOUDE MIRE hopes to return to the cast one day. He is grateful for the kind advice given by the staff, but it is mentally painful for him. He has no intention of working as a staff member forever. But they will teach you with all their might. STOUDE MIRE feels more and more sorry every day. This feeling built up and eventually he decided to quit. Thank you for your time. It’s hard to work as a staff member while wanting to be a cast member. I felt an increasing sense of guilt towards the other staff, cast, and management. I thought I’d draw a line here. That’s good, I’m not going to deny it. Because that’s STOUDE MIRE’s life. As I always say, the purpose of LITA is to “color your life.” If you can’t add colour to STOUDE MIRE’s life then I don’t want you there. That’s why I gave notice that I was no longer needed. But you’ve made a difference in your life, haven’t you? If you hadn’t had the experience of being a host and had been working in banking or real estate for a long time, when you retire you’ll probably wish you had become a host, right? But you had fun, right? I had hardly ever been to Kabukicho. It was a totally different world. So is altruism. I am truly grateful to Itsuki Minato and everyone at LITA for allowing me to learn these things. I would be happy if STOUDE MIRE- can make good use of what they have learned there in their future lives. It just didn’t suit you. Some people are suited to this and some are not. You choose where you’re headed. thank you. STOUDE MIRE experienced the good and bad of the host industry. He embarked on a new path with the LITA spirit in his heart. Are the other three doing well? In fact, KAITO has also closed the store. What was that about? The biggest problem is the poor attendance. He hardly ever goes to work. But he has a good looking face. He serves first-time customers and is chosen as the host to see them off when they leave. However, when the customer returned to the store, KAITO was often not there. KAITO himself had also lost motivation. Forcing an employee to work when they are not motivated is of course a negative for them and, above all, a negative for the customer. KAITO said, “It’s difficult for me to continue being a host.” When I thought about KAITO’s future, I felt that we shouldn’t leave him at the store. So I made him leave the store. Feeling sorry for KAITO not coming to the store, GUNSHIN went to his dorm to pick him up and arrange a time for them to talk. As things stand, there is no point in giving KAITO a chance or investing money in it. I’m sorry for all the trouble I’ve caused you up until now. KAITO doesn’t need to apologize. I would be happy if KAITO understands what I am telling him now in five or ten years’ time, even if he ends up working somewhere else or living a different life in the future. I’ll be happy as long as KAITO is happy in the future. Now you’re going to have a really hard time. You have to do it for others. I repeat, it is altruistic. The person you are apologizing to is someone else. We are the bosses. So it’s only natural to educate your subordinates. It’s only natural to take care of KAITO. You don’t need to apologise for that. However, it is to the customers that KAITO needs to apologize. Even at a place like KAITO, your customers have supported you. The customers wanted to support and encourage KAITO in this situation. Customers were willing to pay a lot of money to come to the store. You should apologize to the customer, not to us. If you have changed your way of thinking and are serious about changing your life, please come back and tell me again. KAITO, please do it properly. It’s your life. KAITO is the main character. So please take better care of your life. That would be such a waste. Although he has potential, KAITO’s spirit is completely broken. GUNSHIN made the difficult decision to close KAITO out of consideration for the store. SUZUUMI and RENO are now working normally. Both of them are seeing sales growth. Sales are growing steadily. As expected, their sales increased rapidly. By pushing themselves to the point where they had no other choice, they worked to their full potential and achieved good results. They realised they had a lot of potential. This realization is very important. If that knowledge remains firmly in their mind, they will be able to work based on that realization. This is the standard. So, on a current basis, both SUZUUMI and RENO sales are trending at a much higher level than last time. I think their sales will continue to grow. The two players, who avoided being cut from the team, revealed how they felt at the time. I was told every day that I was no longer a part of the team, and I found it annoying. Although I had no experience, I was absolutely confident that I would do it. You were confident, weren’t you? Who would want to spend money on someone who is afraid of being told they are no longer needed? It feels weird to say, “I’m not part of the team, so you have to support me.” That’s why I never said it. I have never said, “I want to avoid being cut from the team.” “For the people who support me” is a strange way of putting it. I’m not going for myself. I just did what I would normally do, thinking of the people who were supporting me. That was the result. Have the things you gained from coming to LITA contributed to the confidence you have today? I always had prejudices against hosts until I came to Kabukicho. Of course I was interested, but I only had prejudices. When I came here and saw the world of hosts, everyone was smiling as expected. Itsuki Minato and the senior cast members were able to provide that. I was wrong. I would like to say this to myself, who had prejudices in the past. I want to say it’s a lot of fun here. I never got to experience this kind of youth again. I’ve never had a senior who was so caring towards me. I have never had a boss who was willing to spend so much of his valuable time teaching me. I realized that LITA really does have teaching methods that can help its juniors increase their sales. I went in with a prejudice in my mind. If my prejudice was true, I would have quit before I was cut from the team. I would have thought this place was crap and quit on my own. That’s what it means when I say I haven’t quit. I am truly grateful to have come to LITA. I am also grateful to have met Itsuki Minato. That’s all I think. SUZUUMI used to shock customers with its rough service. How has he grown since overcoming being cut from the team? This is a nice table. You are interesting sometimes. I like people who I can be happy with. I want to see smiles. You don’t want me to say anything funny? You say something funny. That’s true, isn’t it? You’re asking for that, right? I want that smile. I am really happy. He had grown to be able to use a variety of characters and tones of voice to provide service that made customers smile. How are you feeling these days? I try my best to show myself to the people who genuinely support me. You have changed a lot. I’m a novice host. As a host it’s fine. From now on, SUZUUMI needs to grow not only as a host but as a person. That’s what happened to me too. I haven’t grown as a host. My sales have increased so much because I have changed as a person. Sales may also have been a factor in avoiding being cut from the team. In my opinion, that is an evaluation of a person named SUZUUMI. You care about your friends more than anyone else and have a passionate heart. No one barks like that at their family or friends. I believe that it was because of this that you were recognized and avoided being cut from the team. You are growing as a person, not just as a host. That’s all good. Itsuki Minato also said this. If you care about sales, you’re done. You don’t need to worry about sales. Itsuki Minato says “Don’t chase money, chase your dreams” right? I am the same. You can do that here. yes. Please let me know once you have decided on something concrete. If it comes to mind I’ll probably be the first to tell you. please. What did you think of speaking with RYOMA? I feel so refreshed. It makes me feel good to hear it said so clearly. He is a man who has achieved great things. And he speaks from my perspective. I want to keep listening to what I can hear now. I have some fond memories of the interaction that took place during the first audition. At first I was angry. The reason I came to this world is to surpass RYOMA BAKUGEKI. Why have you been calling out my name for a while now? This is to surpass RYOMA BAKUGEKI. So why are you calling me out? Using a title of respect shows respect. That’s courtesy, not respect. How do you feel compared to then? My name is RYOMA SAN. I watch old videos. I look at myself and think, “This guy is awful.” I wondered, “Who would nominate someone like that?” Those who don’t change will leave. I honestly think it was good to have found an environment that allowed me to change. thank you. Thank you for your hard work, RENO. You were just nominated and saw the customer off, right? I was nominated for the send-off. You’re doing well. Thanks to you, that is true. I’m grateful when people say, “I came here because I watched YOUTUBE or ABEMA.” Wasn’t there a time when Itsuki Minato told you that you were no longer needed as a player? How were you at that time? My senior colleagues MAONEET who have been looking after me, and KOUMEI, AOI, and others who are on different teams, were all there, but I couldn’t see anyone’s face. I can say this because I avoided being cut from the team. It really felt like slow motion. It was every word of Itsuki Minato. SUZUUMI, KAITO, STOUDE MIRE, I also saw the expressions on everyone’s faces. Of course we didn’t meet eye to eye but I was anxious and scared. I wondered what I would do if I was told there, “You’re not part of the team.” For example, I was confused about what to say to the female fans who were cheering me on. In a word, it is anxiety and confusion. I can’t find the right words to describe it. Watching RENO, I was wondering, did you feel like you were breaking out of your shell with MAONEET’s guidance? Can I really tell you the truth? Before I started hosting, I was a shut-in. I had social connections. I never talked to anyone outside of my home. I have this feeling that I’m back. If you ask me if I didn’t talk at all in high school, I would say no. It was RYOMA, MAONEET, Itsuki Minato, my peers, and my seniors who brought me out of my reclusive self and accepted me. I really think so. What was the period between being notified that you were no longer needed and being accepted? I was seen as being on the edge. I tried to act tough, but honestly it was hard for me. I talk to SUZUUMI frequently. I think I was able to work hard because I saw SUZUUMI turn his passion into motivation. I am seen by many different people. Although I was grateful, I felt uncomfortable receiving attention for the first time. This is thanks to everyone who supported us and the female customers who came to the store and supported us. I had no power of my own. Of course that could have been the case. I was definitely not alone. I felt that very strongly. Team leader MAONEET continued to support RENO until the very end. What does he think about RENO, who has overcome being cut from the team? I think it’s good that RENO has remained. He struggled in his own way. Some people are no longer working and are no longer part of the team. I am very happy that RENO is struggling in his own way and finding his own way to work. I believe that when he was pressured into quitting, he acted by solidifying his ideals, thinking, “I have to change,” or “This is who I want to be.” He is the best. The good thing about RENO is that it is very delicate. He is a man who pays attention to even the smallest details. That was probably a good move. I’m not interested in men who are sensitive and insecure. But a man who is considerate, sensitive and confident is very interesting, isn’t he? I feel every day that he could have gone that route. I think he’s the best. The results of the cut notice were mixed. What was the difference? If we were to clearly distinguish the differences between STOUDE MIRE, KAITO, SUZUUMI and RENO, it would be whether or not they have a strong motivation. What was the motivation for STOUDE MIRE? My goal of “I want to work with Itsuki Minato” has already been achieved. So he has no energy. However, SUZUUMI and RENO have strong motivations to “increase sales” and “make customers happy.” So that’s why they work so hard. Because that was exactly what they had, they took off like crazy. I think it was great that they responded by taking action and getting results. This is not the goal. Just because we avoid being cut from the team is not the goal. It just puts me on an equal footing with the other cast members. The problem is yet to come. From here on I will be even stricter. How hard will they try if you make them tougher? Neither SUZUUMI nor RENO are aiming for the current situation. They are aiming higher. So I have to think about how to get there. There are still some LITA members who would like to be cut from the team. I think that will continue to come up. But I think that’s the right answer. I believe that what I should do now is to enrich and guide their lives. I am also broadcasting on the Kabuki Behind the Scenes sub-channel. Please like and subscribe to the channel. 1.
