It will be hard to find after this season, so everyone should seize the opportunity to pick more. An old Chinese doctor in his 90s has insisted on eating plantain for decades. He is still sharp-eyed and energetic. This seemingly ordinary ingredient has become a health-preserving magic weapon after simple steaming . Health really doesn’t cost a lot of money. The method is also very simple. Pick fresh After cutting the plantain, first cut off the rhizome and clamp it on one side and discard it. The plantain roots are rich in various trace elements and active ingredients, and have multiple edible values such as clearing heat, promoting diuresis, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Put the chopped root pieces directly into the pot with the plantain plant. Prepare a piece of ginger, wash it clean, and then cut it into thin slices of uniform thickness. The combination of the two can balance the cold and heat, so the ginger skin is specially reserved and then the ginger slices are cut into thin strips of uniform thickness. Sprinkle the chopped ginger shreds evenly on the fresh and green plantain segments. Gently insert your hands between the ingredients and use the stirring technique to fully interweave the ginger shreds and plantain. Each leaf is entangled with dense ginger shreds, allowing the ginger shreds and the grass fragrance to penetrate each other. Use a whole pot of water in advance.
