Amanda Ellis: I was shown
something quite interesting, actually, by Metatron before I
came to speak to you, the connection to the real world,
the natural world, to each other, is being lost. That’s
what we’re seeing at the moment in the USA. It’s very painful to
watch from afar. It is going through its Pluto return, all of
the shadows, all of the dysfunction, all of the
separation, all of the division, all of the hatred. Hone your
skill, hone your ability to merge into another dimensional
reality or to become a different frequency. We have so much more
wisdom and love than we know that we have. Remember why you
came to be here right now on this planet as it goes through
its birth pain to help be the ones who ease the burden, who
support each other, who bring about the golden age for other
generations yet to come. Jannecke Øinæs: Amanda Ellis, a
warm welcome to the show. Amanda Ellis: Thank you very
much. Thank you for having me. Really appreciate being here. Jannecke Øinæs: I’m excited to
speak with you today. You are a spiritual teacher. You are a
color therapist, color intuitive, a writer. You are a
channel for the higher realms, the angelic and celestial
realms, and you also are a channel of famous people like
Princess Diana, Prince, Elvis, John Lennon. And I’m actually, I
was bit impressed in a way when I watched your YouTube channel,
because you are giving predictions, a lot of
predictions for the year, also weeding into the royal family
politics, the dynamics between countries and not all psychics
dare to do that. And that got me curious, like, has that been a
conscious choice you made that I’m going to go there, even
though I might get super positive feedback and the
opposite, Amanda Ellis: absolutely, yes,
yes. I mean, some of the subjects I’ve touched and will
continue to touch have been controversial in nature, but I
think it stems from the fact that one of my main guides is
Archangel Metatron, and what he teaches and what I try to embody
is the fact that we need to be commenting on the world that
people actually live in. I think that spirituality is all well
and good, but when we bubble, put it into a bubble, and don’t
actually address, you know, the big subjects of the day, or at
least have a go at addressing the big subjects of the day. It
feels as though we are somehow deviating from maybe what we
truly should be doing. Now, having said that, I don’t
believe that everybody has to do it, but it does feel as though
my calling with Metatron is very much to try to look at some of
the things. I mean, obviously I’m a human being. Can’t
possibly cover everything that’s going on in the world,
particularly at the moment, because things are changing so
rapidly, day by day, hour by hour. But yes, I have particular
interests that I like to look at. And I think the other thing
Janaka is I also can sometimes get a little bit bored if I’m
just doing the same thing over and over. So for me, I’ve always
had a bit of a curiosity about life. Generally. I’ve got a wide
variety of interests. I’ve got a wide variety of different types
of friends. So to me, it’s just a natural a natural thing, just
to go down many different paths, but hopefully with the same
intention and trying to stay as heart centered as I can, as
respectful as I can, sometimes that can be difficult, because
although I try to always be respectful, some of The subjects
can be very sensitive, and you’re very aware that maybe you
are touching on things that can be very triggering to people.
But I do my best anyway to try to cover a variety of
interesting subjects, but also topical subjects. So for
example, at the moment, I’m thinking about doing something
on the discovery of the, you know, the structures underneath
the pyramid that’s just been discovered in Egypt. I haven’t
even tuned into that yet, but that would be one. Canada has
got a general election coming up. I’d like to maybe have a
look at that and the main players my own country. You
know, what’s going on there. But, you know, just topical
things really, but very much to try to take what I call a higher
perspective, which is looking at things from more of a bird’s eye
view, sometimes we can get very tunnel visioned with regards to
whatever we’re looking at, but to try to see things more from a
bird’s eye view, or. As Metatron puts it a different perspective
of where you are on the mountain, just to make people
think, don’t have to agree with everything. We will never agree
with everything, will we? You know, there’s always going to be
differences of opinion, but just to put something out that makes
people think, hopefully makes them go into their heart, and
puts a spiritual perspective onto something. Because one
other thing I feel very passionate about is people often
will say, don’t talk about politics. Don’t get into
politics. You’re supposed to be spiritual. But to me, it’s very
important that we try to walk our talk in all aspects of our
life, and the subjects where we really often can’t and politics
would absolutely be one where there’s such separation and
division. If we could try to just try to find some type of
common ground, or at least understanding of each other, I
think that is extremely important to bring us back to
more of a unified position. So so there’s a lot of different
reasons why I do it, but it makes for a more interesting
ride as well. So hopefully for me, but also the viewer. Jannecke Øinæs: So, yeah,
definitely. How do you receive this information? You said, I
haven’t read into it. So can you speak a little bit too how you
receive it. You have a deep connection with Metatron. For
those who are new to him, Who is him, so share a little bit about
him. Amanda Ellis: Sure, that’s a
really interesting question. So with let’s take an example I’ve
just given you, something like the pyramid discovery. Whatever
it is that lies underneath, the way I view it is that, and this
is true for anybody out there that wants to gather answers,
because we are all able to receive messages from spirit. I
really believe that. But what Metatron teaches me is that once
you’ve put something on your radar and almost like, put your
hand up and said, Okay, I’m interested in looking at that. I
would like to discover a little bit more. It’s a bit like
putting a date in the diary where you are going to look at
that thing. It’s actually on your radar. Once something is on
your radar, what I find is that there are different aspects of
what I call the jigsaw that come together maybe a week before, a
day before, an hour before I sit down to do an interview or a
video. And the signs can be so varied, so different, if we
understand how angels can speak to us. For example, yes, they
can, you know, channel through us. We can maybe hear them or
see them or Intuit them in whatever way is our frequency to
receive messages. But there are also very everyday ways that we
can get signs. I can get signs through a song that comes on the
radio, that’s often a way actually with regards to a
particular lyric that’s in the song. It can be in a book that
I’ve I’ve read. It can be in what somebody says to me. I
describe myself, and this is English sense of humor. Okay, so
I’m not taking myself too seriously when I say this, but I
describe myself a bit like a spiritual detective, because
that’s what it feels like. It feels like putting together
different bits of the jigsaw. And then when you sit down to
look at something or meditate on something, these different
pieces of the jigsaw come together. You don’t necessarily
get the whole picture, but you hopefully get a good portion of
it, because certainly in regards to a really big subject such as
the Egyptian thing, it’s probably going to be so vast
with regards to what potentially is underneath there, what it all
means there’s probably going to be many different people that
bring different perspectives together to help humanity
discover what what lies there. But, yeah, I mean, I just see, I
suppose I see signs and symbols from spirit, from Metatron,
pretty much everywhere it can be. I mean, I’ll give you one
example that happened with Princess Diana. Recently, I was
doing an interview with somebody. I knew we were going
to be talking about Princess Diana. I hadn’t channeled her
for a few years, and I was in my car, and I was just thinking
about Diana, and, you know, I hope you’re still up there.
Would you like to have a chat type thing? You know, it’s very
every day, and I just suddenly realized the car right in front
of me was a Audi convertible, the one without a roof. And it’s
the middle of winter, so, you know, most people have still got
their roofs on their cars. And the number plate, I won’t say
exactly what the number plate was, but it basically had
Diana’s year of birth in it. It had the initials of one of her
sons. And at the end of the number plate, it said, Mum. And
I knew that that was her just saying, I’m worried about this
particular son. I’m his mum. And I didn’t understand what 61
meant, and I thought, but I know that that’s a sign I got back
and she’s born in 1961 so it’s things like that, you know,
which, on their own, don’t necessarily build up the whole
picture, but you just get these signs where it’s like, I know
that they’re there, or I know I’m being given a piece of the
jigsaw. And then you sit down, and obviously I also use cards
and other forms of connection, and it just tends to come
together. So, yeah, I’m I’m I’m often blown away, actually, when
I do think about how it all comes together, but it’s very
much a process of trust. There was a very recent thing that
happened. I put a video up recently, which was actually
from two years ago, and it was something I said about Elon
Musk. I thought, yeah. And so two years ago, I was talking
about, you know, what I was picking up, and I said that I
felt there was going to be this thing that happened where his
path would evolve and change, and there would it was just this
moment in time. And as I said that on the camera, I say, I’ve
got a pain in my head on my right hand side, and I’m
realizing now that what it was was the pain in the head
represented the second attempt at Trump’s life the right ear,
you know, the bullet grazing the right ear. And it was around
that time that Musk stepped up more to the role. Whether you
agree with him or not, is almost immaterial to me. It’s just
interesting the way that Spirit gives you these signs, and then
you look back and you think, yeah, why did I touch my head at
that precise moment when I was saying that thing, which I
didn’t understand what it meant at the time, but now I do. You
know so, so many different ways. But yeah, I think you also asked
who Archangel Metatron was. But sorry, did you want to say
something? Jannecke Øinæs: Yeah, it’s just
so many interesting things here, and I would love to go back to
Princess Diane later on. But what in that video you spoke
about Elon Musk a bit. So just to address that, a bit that you
actually addressed, you know, what is his intention? And you
also got this picture of a lizard and the power game. And,
I mean, he is a figure in the world that that is influencing a
lot of people. So would you like to speak a little bit to the
information you received since now we feel like we’re in the
middle of it. Amanda Ellis: Yeah. Definitely.
The first thing I’d like to say is that, yeah, I did use the
word lizard. But I would like to just reiterate that the whole
reptilian thing, which is really what people link to lizard, I
believe that we’re all a little bit of everything. So the
reptilian energy is an aspect of all of us which people don’t
like to think about, because they like to push it away as
being other, you know. But I believe we’re all a little bit
reptilian, we’re all a little bit angelic, we’re all a little
bit galactic, we’re all a little bit cosmic. I mean, we’re all a
little bit elemental, etc. We are the sum of the universe
within us. So it’s not an insult. And I know a lot of
people thought I was being insulting, but it wasn’t meant
in that way. So I just wanted to clear that up, because actually,
I think he’s got a very strong galactic energy as well, which
that clip didn’t show, because this is the thing we I’m always
taught by Metatron that we are multi dimensional souls, as I’m
sure many of your guests, guests say. So when you just see one
aspect of somebody, it is just purely one aspect. There are
many more dimensions and timelines, actually, within all
of us. So I feel he’s got a very strong galactic energy. I can’t
remember what I said years ago. I might have said it was Syrian
or Orion, but actually looking at him now, I feel quite a
strong a drama dromedian energy, because he’s all about
structures. You know, whether it is looking at the structure of
government, whether it’s about looking at the structure of
satellites, whether it’s about looking at the structure of
building cars and engineering, you know, it’s very structural.
And I and patterns and geometry. And I very much link that to a
sort of Andromeda and energy. But I think he is somebody who,
I can’t remember who said this. I think it was an old Chinese
proverb, something along the lines of, we should be, we
should be wanting to live through interesting times. You.
Not necessarily the best times or the worst times, but to live
in interesting times is something that you’re blessed to
actually live through. Now, it might not feel like a blessing
at the time, but interesting times, that’s why we came and I
think he’s an interesting character. I think he’s there to
shake things up, and I don’t have to give an opinion with
regards to whether I like him or dislike him. I’m just really
viewing him as performing a role. He’s in line with his sole
contract at this time to bring about change to the USA. How the
USA responds to that and deals with that is a different matter.
But I think when we start to see people fulfilling the roles that
they’re meant to fulfill, and that we can’t really understand
anybody in isolation, we have to see them as aspects of ourself
as well, that we’ve all got little bit of Elon Musk in us as
well, whether we like it or not it, it helps to sort of dissolve
the them and us type energy, which is so prevalent at this
time. But yeah, he’s a controversial figure. Of course,
he is, but I’m I try to not see people. I try to just see the
divine in everybody. To be perfectly honest, I truly, truly
do. And so that is what I see when I look at him, as I would
with any other person on this planet. Because I believe we’re
all from God, and we all go back to God, and we’re all doing what
we’re meant to be doing. There’s a lesson there for people.
There’s a lesson for the USA, but it is very much how we
respond to any stimulus or any person that’s in our midst that
actually defines who we are, who we are, our response. Jannecke Øinæs: What is the
messages you have received about the role of USA, especially in
2025 you had a video about predictions, you talked about
war energies, and you talked about the role of light workers,
and I am really curious about the influence of light workers.
And you could share your definition of that. And America
has always been important and have had a lot of influence in
the world, but now it seems like it’s even more our eyes are sort
of on the USA. So have you received any information about
the dynamics and the energies around that country in relation
to other countries like Canada, Greenland, Amanda Ellis: yeah, yes. I mean,
it’s a very it’s obviously, it’s a hugely difficult time in the
USA at the moment. I’m sure, again, many of your guests have
talked about the Pluto return that is being gone through in
that country, and you can really only understand what is going on
there via that lens. In many ways. I think it’s magnified in
the USA. I think if we look at other countries, we can see
reflections of what is happening there, but because it is going
through its Pluto return. There is all of the shadows, all of
the dysfunction, all of the separation, all of the division,
all of the hatred, all of everything that’s been buried
has to come up, to be looked at, acknowledged, listened to, held
and ultimately healed, and even in the ugliness that we see in
society generally, if we could just concentrate on the pain
that’s actually there when we see ugliness displayed via
thoughts, words and deeds and actions, and be able to look at
the wound that is underneath the behavior or the lashing out or
the feeling not heard. We will get to a we will get to a new
place, but not before the wound has been looked at, the boil has
been lanced, and I think that’s what we’re seeing at the moment
in USA, it’s very painful to watch from afar. I have a lot of
American followers. I’ve got American friends on both sides
of the political divide as well, I should add, and it’s painful,
isn’t it, to see see the trauma that is playing out there at the
moment. But I do believe that the only way back to each other
is via the heart, through listening to each other. Uh,
through trying to understand, and I talk a lot about the
energy of unity and unity circles, and what I always say
about that is it’s about trying to sit with somebody that you
really don’t necessarily get on with, maybe or you don’t
resonate with. But it’s by doing that that we actually learn and
we’re able to build branches back to each other, links to
each other. I was shown something quite interesting,
actually, by Metatron today, before I came on to speak to
you, and I feel as though he’s saying it’s appropriate here, I
wrote it down. Actually, I was just meditating, and he showed
me, you see, this is another way he channels through me. I get,
like, pictures, and I was shown somebody like Novak Djokovic.
Okay, so it doesn’t have to be Djokovic, but that was who I saw
in my mind’s eye. And again, bit of a controversial figure,
maybe, but it was that time when Djokovic, I think, was serving
for a match. I mean, when is he not? But he was, he was it was,
it was the point where he was about to win the match, and he’s
bouncing the ball up and down, and the crowd are going, you
know, are noisy and disruptive. And there’s a few people trying
to put him off his stride, you know, shouting out horrible
things, whatever. And he just slams an ace, you know, down
with no problem. And I feel as though where we’re at right now
as a world, but also with America, we’re actually closer
than people believe, to tipping into not necessarily chaos, but
actually an energy of harmony. And I know I can get laughed at
for saying that, because, like, you don’t know what you’re
talking about. You don’t know how bad it is here. But there is
that saying that it’s darkest just before the dawn. And I’m
not putting a time frame on what I’ve just said either, but this
thing about, it’s about, it’s about winning, winning the race,
winning the match. We’re closer than we think we are to tipping
the scale from a place of darkness, disorder, absolute
chaos, people worried about anarchy or war, to a time of
peace. And I think that we can only get to that place of peace
and harmony when we actually look around us and realize that
we are tearing each other apart, you know, not just USA, but as a
world. So it’s almost like it’s got to get this bad before it
can get better. But the point I’m making with the analogy with
winning the winning the game is it literally, is that moment
where you’re just like, bouncing the balls, like, which way is it
going to go? Are we going to win, or are we not? And the
crowd are really saying there you’re not, or trying to put you
off or distract but I really feel as though we’re closer to
breakthrough than we think we are. And I’m saying breakthrough
not break down. Jannecke Øinæs: Hey guys, I want

you think that will involve, for instance, some new leaders, for
instance, female leaders in the world, Amanda Ellis: in the world.
Well, I’d like to think so. I’d like to think so. I mean,
obviously I’m in the UK, so we have had a number of female
leaders. But having said that, a lot of the female leaders up to
this point, not just in UK, they tend to have quite a masculine
energy because of the times we’re in. So I can’t think of
many female leaders that have really embraced the true divine
feminine qualities that the world sorely needs. How close do
I feel that we’re I mean, I Where are we now? 2025 I still
think we’re a few years off. To be perfectly honest with that. I
mean, I’m trying to just scan in my mind’s eye countries that I
know of. It’s still very male, isn’t it that the leadership is
still very male. But having said that, what spirit is showing me
is the number of positions that women are holding in important,
important positions, but they’re almost like one tier beneath the
top tier. So it’s actually, again, it’s the same sort of
analogy. It’s not as big a step as we think it is to actually
have a lot of women suddenly taking the top job as a. Were
around our world. But truly, we only want the women to be in
power. Of course, if they are the best person for the job,
obviously, but and men, also, if they have a very strong and
pronounced divine feminine energy, they can be just as good
as any woman. Of course, they can. So, you know, the divine
feminine energy can exist within anybody. But right now, the dust
seem to be a bit of a dearth of it, that is for sure, in our
world. But again, it’s, it’s duality, it’s, it’s, it’s the
tennis match. It’s like you have to have the contrast to bring in
the the different, the different angle. So the patriarchal energy
very strong at the moment, absolutely, but that’s hopefully
when the divine feminine energy can rise. But I always say it
starts with us. And I’m a mother of girls, you know, so I try to
teach my girls to, you know, be empowered, but it’s difficult,
because it’s a very difficult world. At the moment, I’m being
shown the energy of, you know, a flower that’s just trying to
break through a very frosted piece of ground. You know, it’s
it isn’t as easy as it’s maybe made out to be, sometimes in
spiritual circles, that the divine feminine is just going to
rise like the Phoenix, she will eventually. But I just feel as
though we’ve got a tough job on our hands. It’s still, it is
still a very masculine energy out there. And what I mean by
that is I’m not talking about people necessarily. I’m just
talking about masculine qualities such as control the
energy of war, of course, which is a more masculine driven
energy. I always say most women don’t, don’t start wars, because
women give birth to life, and once you’ve given birth to life,
it’s very hard to then take life. So you know, there’s just
this whole energy of domination, control, and the divine feminine
just trying to surge through all of that and rise but gracefully
and in a flowing way she will, and we are, but it’s generation
by generation, step by step, breath by breath, that’s how we
have to do it. But I’m very passionate about that. And
again, going back to holding energies and frequencies, we
just have to hold the energy of that divine feminine grace and
wisdom. And you see, because I think it’s the feminine energy
that would listen more. Listening is really important,
and we’ve got so many beautiful feminine guides that we can call
on. Two of the ones that I work with. I work with quite a few,
actually, but Mary Magdalene, mother, Mary, I really like the
energy of Kwan Yin as well, and Carly Ma, so quite a few
different ones. But, yeah, I just, I just feel that it’s,
it’s the time is coming, but I still feel, I mean, it can all
change like that. It can all change very quickly. But right
now, sitting here today, it still feels a little bit of a
way off. But hopefully with Easter, we’ll push through
another, another layer of the resistance, as it were. Jannecke Øinæs: And speaking of
the feminine, you have channeled Princess Diana, and I’ve never
spoken to any who has done that, and I really adored her. And I
remember the day when I got the news of the car crash and
everything, and it really influenced me. What is her
message? I’m curious. What is her message to the world? And
also you said that she was a bit worried. Is she happy with how
things are in the royal family, or does she have any concern or
messages that you She wants you to bring forward, in a way, to
the world Amanda Ellis: I just want. I’m
just tuning into her a little bit. And she’s actually a very
accessible, beautiful energy and presence and fun. I also want to
say fun, because as soon as she comes in, it feels the energy
lightens, and it’s fun. And I don’t know why, but today I’m
just seeing her dressed as she often used to be dressed in,
like her tennis gear, or, you know, she used to go to the gym,
didn’t she? It’s probably a message to me to get you
backside down the gym. Amanda, you know, it’s that type of
thing, but she’s she’s fun, but her message to the world
probably is very similar to the message she had when she was
alive, because she was a humanitarian. And I think
there’s a whole generation, of course, that have been born
since she died, including my girls, who don’t have the memory
of actually living through the times when she was alive, doing
the type of things that she did. So I mean, they can be
demonstrated via her sons and daughter in laws. But Diane.
Message will always be to reach out to those that are feeling
pushed out for whatever reason. You know, she always the energy
of the when she gave the AIDS patient a hug, you know, that
type of thing on she was always about reaching out to somebody
who feels alienated from society. What’s coming through
today, as I’m just sitting here, is I’m feeling her energy
talking about, and this is something that she didn’t
experience when she was alive. But, you know, particularly
young people who are very much lost in a virtual world. And the
thing about, because she was all about human contact, the energy
of touch, you know, being able to give somebody a hug,
connecting with somebody physically. And even though the
virtual world is brilliant because we’re talking here
virtually, and hopefully we’re doing good work, and we’re
spreading the light, etc, of course, there can be too much of
spending time online, particularly if you’re not
looking at very positive things. And, you know, some young
people, not just young people, but she’s showing me young
people just, you know, looking at their phones the whole time.
And it’s like the connection to the real that I want to say, the
real world, the natural world to each other is, is being lost,
you know. And the she’s talking about the power of friendship
and the power of connection and the power of just sitting with
another. You know, it feels as though she’s bringing through a
message about the fact that we’re losing our skills
sometimes, you know, with regards to just being in
another’s presence. And I think we, you know, I sort of do speak
from experience a little bit here with the younger
generation. You know, things that maybe when I was that age
were just easy to do, now more difficult, you know, just one on
one, interaction and connection and picking up the phone and,
you know, having a chat. And so it’s really a portion of young
people that are feeling very alienated, and technology is
making it more so. And she’s just encouraging us, encouraging
us back to our heart and back to each other, with regards to her
own family. What has always come through is and again, I know
people get triggered by me saying this, but I’m only saying
when I get given there is a love that she still feels for her
husband, for Charles. I always feel that with her. Now that
doesn’t mean that she’s sitting there like mooning over him or
anything. It just means there is a love. There is there is a
love. There was a reason they came together. There was a
reason they had their children, and she was very much about
family so and also the energy of forgiveness. Because I did, I
did a channeling a couple of years ago, but it always stayed
with me, with regards to the state of absolute forgiveness
that she was in, with regards to Camilla and Charles and betrayal
and all of that that went down, you know. And if anything, she
looks now at Camilla, who, of course, was once her arch enemy,
really, as the one who can bring support and comfort to Charles,
who is the king. Diana was a monarchist. You know, she was a
monarchist. She believed in the monarchy. She wanted her son to
become the king, her husband, her ex husband is now the king.
And she just sees Camilla as somebody who, sort of, I think,
she just sees it with a wider lens. Now, with regards to this,
is a woman who actually has been in his life for decades. It’s a
love that has endured. Whatever anybody has said, it’s endured.
It’s real, it’s authentic. And So forgiveness is definitely
there with her. There’s no bad feeling. Let’s put it that way.
With regard to her sons, I will say the one that she was more
worried about was Harry. Those were the initials that I saw.
And I feel as though she’s been concerned for quite some time,
but I think it’s linked into just unhappiness. And there’s a
very I can’t remember whether it was Diana that said this. I
don’t think it was. But I did a channeling with Diana again a
few years ago, and maybe it was a passage of a book that I
opened, somebody said you’re only as happy. You’re only as
happy as your unhappiest child. You’re only as happy as your
unhappiest child. That is so profound as a mother, and it is
so true. It’s so true if you have a child that is even a
little bit unhappy, it’s very hard, as a mother, to be
completely, you know, 100% happy. And then if you imagine
that your mother the other side of the veil, who can’t even
maybe drop in and have a cup of tea or give them a hug darkly.
So even though, of course, understanding soul. Contracts.
It was her time to leave when she left, but I just think the
word I’m getting is lost. I think he is just a bit he’s
lost, and I’ve always predicted that he will come back to the UK
at some point. I get a lot of flack for this, but it’s what
I’ve always been shown, and probably on his own, but who
knows. You know anything can happen. Hopefully, you know, if
they’ve got any issues, they work it all out, and there’s
children involved. So nobody wants to see a broken home or a
broken marriage, but I have always seen him returning at
some point. But who knows, that was a few years ago that came
through. But I definitely just feel still her continued angst
is actually the word I’m hearing angst for for him, because she’s
she’s showing me, she’s saying even she, even though she grew
up in quite a dysfunctional home herself and a broken home with
regards to, I think it was her mother that left. But anyway, it
was certainly a divorce situation that there was still
love between her siblings, her brothers, her sisters, the
extended family. There was an extended family, and it feels as
though she’s very aware that Harry is sort of just there on
and Megan and the kids are there on their own. And it’s like
she’s all about family, you see. So extended family is important.
Roots are important. And I think it’s that, that it’s a bit like
a she’s showing me herself, a bit like a mother hen fussing
over them, you know, trying to make it right, but you can’t
make it right, because it’s their lives and they have to
sort it out. But I think it’s that the lack of family
connection. Jannecke Øinæs: I mean,
obviously there’s a huge pressure on celebrity couples
like I would never want to be in a situation like that, to be
honest. Because even though the love might be so strong, it’s
just it can be too much with all the influence. And just imagine
all the energy, like the attention towards you and I,
maybe you know something about this, because I assume we are
very influenced by the energies around us. And yeah, so my
question is, do you think that we sometimes need to protect
ourselves and to be able to anchor ourselves in our own
energy and not take in other people’s projections on us Amanda Ellis: absolutely,
absolutely whoever you are, whether you’re Meghan Markle,
Prince, Harry, or whether we’re ourselves absolutely spiritual
protection is an absolute must. Now, the word protection, you
know, some people think it’s a little bit negative, because it
implies that you’re protecting yourself against something
negative. If you don’t like the word protection, use
fortification. But whatever terminology you use, it’s
important for me. What I personally do is I use the
energy of the armor of God, which is obviously from biblical
sources, but I will just remind myself what it is. I’ve got a
little reminder here you see on my desk. So the armor of God,
you just put it on every morning. It’s literally just
something you can say in your head, I’m putting on the helmet
of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of
truth, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit. And feet
that walk in peace, and you imagine those pieces of armor
effectively on yourself. It absolutely works. I’ve, I’ve
done work on this before and talked about it. And I remember
once a lady contacted me, and she said, she said, Oh my God.
She said, I put the armor of God onto my son, who went on to some
bus trip or something. Anyway, uh, he was sitting on the bus
not even knowing that his mum had put this spiritual
protection on him. And the lady on the bus went to him, and she
said, Do you know that you’ve got energetic Armor All around
really, like, What the hell are you going on about? Came back
home and told his mum, and she was like, Oh, so it’s amazing. I
mean, I know it does, because you can feel it when you put it
on. It’s like strengthening, but yes, invoking the energy of
Archangel Michael, working with the colors gold and blue. But
more than anything, it’s about strengthening the cord going
into the earth. So it’s about being anchored. You know when
you’re anchored, and you know yourself and you are sovereign
and not as easily rocked by everything that’s going on out
here, which I know is an absolutely huge subject, but
it’s the truth, the more that we can stand in our own power and
divinity and light being anchored but also aligned to the
highest light, the more that it becomes water off a duck’s back,
because. Yeah, we all get criticism. I get criticism every
day, but it’s you can’t please everybody, and nor should you
want to, either. So there’s a great quote from Winston
Churchill, which is one of my favorites, which is something
like, if you threw stones at every dog that barked, you’d
never get anywhere. And I always remember that, because it’s
true, if we have to be focused on what we’re here to do. And I
know, yeah, it’s true, isn’t it? So Jannecke Øinæs: I mean, it’s an
impossible job to be liked by everyone, and once we just
realize that and can accept it. But of course, there are levels
to the comments if they come from a cruel place, or if they
come like this, is not my preference. I don’t like this
from the north, okay. But if it’s cruel and if it’s coming
from sort of a dark place, then I can find that it affects me
more so. And I’ve spoken to other channelers about that,
it’s not always an easy ride, but you know, it will come like
the more you grow, the more it will come, but also more
positive as well, of course. And I wanted to go into actually
summoning an intention, because this is linked together like
that, protection or fortitude, I think, could be linked to having
that or summon these forces and be strong in your own energy,
because you had an fascinating video about GRR Tolkien, who
wrote The Lord of the Rings, and about the hobbits. And in that
video, you explained that you been watching these videos and
that there were so much symbolism within that wisdom.
And when I watched that video, it was so interesting. I was at
a cafe like I noticed that my energy just did like this. I was
all I got so excited and and I love those feelings, because
then I know something is resonating with me. And when I
also watch those videos, and also a Harry Potter, Potter,
something happens within me. I get so excited. I it’s like, I
get more life force. Life becomes more magical. So I would
love for you to address that, and also whether these authors
are actually and Tolkien was channeling, perhaps realms that
actually exist. So I’m just throwing that out there. Amanda Ellis: Oh, 100% channeled
the books completely, as is Harry Potter. I’m sure of that
as well, yes, but probably not a surprise, because please remind
me of the first part of your question if I deviate here. But
it’s just interesting, because channeling, people always think
of channeling has to just be. I’m now channeling Metatron, and
he is saying this, you know, but channeling is about channeling a
frequency, and it can be via our words, via a song, via a
beautiful piece of pottery that you create. It can be anything.
I think it’s so important to remember that. But yes,
absolutely. Tolkien, I would love to channel him. Actually,
maybe I’ll add that to my list, my wish list, because this is
the other thing. Can I just say often people say to me, or can
you channel this person? Can you channel that? And the answer is
no, because it depends if they want to come to me as well. And
it also depends whether they actually because my remit, I
suppose, or what I try to do is if I’m channeling, whether it’s
like John Lennon or any of these other heart squad members, as I
call them, what I’m about is trying to bring some teaching
through that’s going to help people. So unless, in spirit,
they actually want to come back and try to teach something, and
not all of them do, because they might be doing something else.
You know, the whole whatever they’re working on in spirit
isn’t necessarily, they don’t necessarily want to come back
and talk. So it’s not a given. But I will just put that on my
wish list. Tolkien, okay, right. What’s the first bit of your
question? Summoning energy? Yeah, so I think you were
talking about there’s a bit in the Tolkien book where Gandalf
the good wizard, is facing this extraordinary darkness. And we
could allude to this being the time we’re in right now in our
world now, whatever you want to refer to darkness as great, big
beast in front of him, and he’s on a bridge and he’s trying to
push it back, and it’s just him, and he has this staff. And the
thing that struck me about it was he summons all of the energy
that he has within himself, and he says, You shall not pass to
this beast, this darkness, you shall not pass. And it’s the way
that he says it and the force that he says it and it. Reminded
me about the fact that sometimes we can be a bit weak and wishy
washy in our intentions, you know, because we we are so much
more than we think we are. We have so much more power than we
know we have. We have so much more wisdom and love than we
know that we have. And it’s just about summoning that energy is,
is really, really important, rather than just, yeah, it’s
summoning almost like a superhuman energy. But if we go
back to the beginning bit of our conversation, that we’re all
little bit, you know this, and a little bit that it’s pulling
down, you know, our cosmic heritage, or our star seed
heritage, or whatever you want to call it, or our past life
energy as well. You know the past life energy that we have
all the battles that we’ve won, and throw that at the world. You
know what a difference that would make. But throw it with
love, of course. Throw it with force. And yeah, in the film, of
course, he does. He does win, but, with a cost as well. I
don’t think I talked about that, but with a cost to him, because
I think he did sort of fall down or something, didn’t he? And
then he took a while for him to resurface. But anything that is
worth doing, and any big battle that we face in our own personal
life, we have to be aware that, you know, sometimes we just have
to throw everything at it, don’t we? So but yes, summoning,
summoning an energy, whether it’s your higher self, whether
it’s an archangel, whatever your guide is, whether it’s source
itself, God light, I’m very hot on the fact that we don’t need a
middle man. And what I mean by that is that you can have this
direct connection yourself with, for example, Metatron or Jesus,
or, you know, a galactic energy. And that is smashing through an
old paradigm and an old program that says you need an
intermediary, and I don’t believe you do, but it takes
trust and faith to get there. It also takes practice, practice to
get there. It’s like anything. It’s a skill that we all have,
but we have to be trying to flex that muscle as it were. You
know, see, actually, what are we made of? What? What have we got
within us? What can we do? And like any muscle, you’re not
going to discover what it can do unless you put it to the test.
Unless you put it to the test a Jannecke Øinæs: Do you think
that these realms exist, that we bit. Yeah. have elves and fairies and these
creatures that and magic? Well, I assume on the other side that
if I think about something, it appears so that’s kind of magic.
But do you think that we’re actually tapping into a multi
dimensional universe? Amanda Ellis: Yes, I do. I do
believe in different dimensions. I don’t believe necessarily. I
believe we can all access them if we really wanted to. But for
example, with regard to fairies, fairies take me straight to
children. You know, and children seem to have a key. They seem to
be able to just unlock something where they just know that
there’s a little fairy at the bottom of the garden, or, I
don’t know, very close to the elemental kingdom, not
exclusively children. Of course, there’s plenty of adults that
also have access. But put it this way, we’re only here for if
we’re lucky, 8090, years, and sometimes we don’t even get
that. And if you think about how much there is to actually
experience in any one incarnation, we can’t possibly
turn the keys in all the different locks to all the
different dimensions there are. So what Metatron has always
taught me is to try to focus on one or two or three or four. But
you know, not, not everything. This is very much a Metatronic
practice, which is to prioritize and focus. And what he’s saying
is, hone your skill, hone your ability to be able to merge
into, for example, another Dimensional Reality, or what
he’s saying is, or to become a different frequency. So for
example, with me, because I channel Metatron so much, and
I’m so interested in the angels, anyway, always have been. The
angelic frequency is very natural to me. It’s very I just
get it. I just understand it. It’s a flavor that I know, it’s
a sound that I know. And to become better and better at
being able to access healing from those realms, or messages
from those realms, or just helping my own personal life, I
need to spend as much time in that realm as I possibly can,
whether that be in meditation, my spiritual work, healing work,
or my day to day life, where I just call them in. But I think
people can get very confused when they try. To do too much
too soon. Also, I think we see a lot of that. I mean, I’m all for
shaking it all up, because I love the shamanic energies as
well. But I think it’s very important to know exactly what
realm you’re in, what you’re channeling. You know what your
intention is, who your guides are in that realm. And that
takes time and practice and and persistence to get comfortable
somewhere and to and to then be able to explore, I think, human
nature, and I’m curious, remember, but human nature is
like, oh, I want to be on to the next thing you know, I now want
to see what’s going on there so, but if you think about it from a
perspective of future lives and past lives, you know, you and I
could have had, well, we probably have had lots of
incarnations where we’ve been interested in lots of different
realms, but, but I also feel it’s just about being in flow.
They come and go. They come and go. I’ll give one example which,
which came last year was the energy of Camelot and the whole
King Arthur energy. I got really into all of that, and Merlin and
that, that is a dimensional realm that you step into the
Camelot energy. But it doesn’t mean that I’m there all the
time, and indeed, haven’t actually really been working
with that particular dimensional frequency for a good few months,
for whatever reason, I don’t know, just other energies have
caught my interest or so, yeah, it’s it’s amazing. We there is
so much more to experience in this life. But the one thing
Metatron is asking me to say that’s very important here is,
is the dimension that’s most important is the present moment.
Okay, so it’s all very well. You know, it’s lovely to feel the
angelic frequencies, for example, and anything else, and
incorporate them into your everyday life, but the
Metatronic frequency is very much about but be present in the
everyday. Notice what’s happening in your everyday
relationships, in your work, in your community, in your town, in
the world, going back to what we were talking about at the
beginning, you know, What? What? What is happening to my brothers
and sisters in another land also affects me because it can’t not
do, because we’re all one, you know, so being present as much
as possible. And if you do go to different dimensional realities
or travel via time, you’re you’re doing that to bring
something back to this present moment. Very, very clear about
that. So for example, dimensional time travel with
something such as like the merkabah absolutely can use
that, but you’re accessing it to visit somewhere, go somewhere,
bring something back to this moment that’s going to help you
with your life or with your work. Jannecke Øinæs: Could you just
share what the merkabah is for those who are like merkabah. , Amanda Ellis: Oh, yes. Sorry so,
yeah. So the merkabah is a it’s called Light Body vehicle. It’s
an electromagnetic structure. It’s part of you, like your aura
is part of you. It is geometric shaped. Haven’t got anything to
show you off the top of life is. But anyway, so it’s a it’s a
vehicle through which you can access different states of
consciousness. And it isn’t. It’s something that absolutely
has to be learned and worked with. But it’s just another it’s
a form you can use it in meditation, for example, or, as
I say, time travel, and you’ve been using it here, actually,
here’s an example. So this is the back of one of my cards. So
this is what an activated merkabah looks like. Okay, so
you imagine yourself within this. It’s like Lydd, or more
than a 3d structure. It’s two interlocking tetrahedrons. One
is masculine, one is feminine, but ultimately, it’s it’s a it’s
a part of you. Every living thing has its own merkabah
field, and when you activate your Merkaba field, you can use
it for healing or for, as I say, traveling, etc. It’s quite a big
old subject, but, yeah, that’s, that’s what it looks like when
fully activated. So imagine Jannecke Øinæs: you stood to
time travel or go to, Amanda Ellis: yeah. I mean, I
do, I do teach this with Metatron, because it’s very much
linked into the whole Metatronic frequency via meditation to
because Metatron helps to activate it in the in the old
days. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with the old days
or the way it was taught. It was taught via particular breathing
techniques and quite a sophisticated paraphernalia,
really. And Metatron just said. To me, he said, we can make it
simpler by intention and by bringing my energy in. Because
the thing with whether you’re working with merkabah or just
healing generally, Metatron is the gatekeeper energy. So
bringing him, hit him in to help activate it to travel to
different states of consciousness. But the thing
about the merkabah field is it will only activate if you’re in
a heightened state of consciousness, to start with. So
you have to be in your heart, and you know it’s working with
that energy really. Yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: interesting. Um, Amanda Ellis: in gratitude to
all you are, all you have been and all you will be, be kind to
each other, be loving to each other. Jannecke Øinæs: It was so funny,
because my intention with this interview was to get to know
your story and where it all started, and then I started
asking all other types of questions. And sometimes I just
feel like it is coming through me, and that I my head wants to
go in a certain direction, and something completely different
happens, which is interesting, but I would love to have you
back. That was my but before we wrap up, could you share a
little bit about the angelic realm and their message and his
main message, Metatron, to maybe to our audience today and to the
world. Amanda Ellis: Absolutely Okay,
so, yeah, I’ll bring a message through from Metatron, but just
to say to anybody that’s never heard of Metatron, because I
know it is a odd sounding name. He is. He’s got many different
names, but yes, Archangel, Metatron metta, means to go
beyond. So it’s an energy that helps you go beyond what you
think is possible. And he’s said to be the one who governs the
angelic kingdom and the awakening and ascension of this
planet, really, and our own ascension journey. So a very
important energy for these times. Should we just spend a
moment just in his energy? Actually, let’s, let’s just do
this and just call him in for the people that are watching.
And the first thing that he says is thanking this community for
your existence, for you in offering this space to so many
people to awaken, because my frequency is one of helping
People to awaken and align to their highest truths, highest
self, infinite potential and moments of grounded bliss,
because this life, although difficult and challenging at
present, due to the stage that you are at in your awakening
here on planet Earth is still meant to be one of experiencing
bliss and beauty and joy and to find that please in the moments
that You can in the shared reflections with each other,
planning of new opportunities, inspiration for New ideas,
gatherings with each other, time with yourself. Remember why you came to be here
right now in 2025 on this planet, as it goes through its
birth pain to help be the ones who ease the burden, who support
each other, who support yourself, who bring about the
golden age for other generations yet to come. What you do, what
you say, who you are, is fundamentally important, not
just for your own journey and ease through this life, but for
other generations to come. You are thanked for your service.
You are thanked for your commitment. You are thanked for
the love that you sow. You are thanked for your ability to be
able to listen to each other, find common ground with each
other, grow. Evolve and be call on me whenever you feel
troubled, unable to cope, needing assistance. Know that I
have been with you before in many lives, and in this one,
aligning to my energy, my love, my strength, together, let us
journey on. And experience a new day. Thank you, Jannecke Øinæs: thank you. That
was nice. That was really beautiful. Oh, for Amanda Ellis: really, really
beautiful energy, the Metatron energy, just Yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: and moving into
the golden age, I like that Absolutely, yes. So, Amanda,
this has been wonderful, lovely speaking with you. Um, I have a
few questions I ask of my guests, and the first one is,
what is self love to you? Amanda Ellis: Oh, self love to
me is giving myself time, actually. And interestingly,
because going back to Metatron again, he’s said to govern time.
And even though I’ve been working with his energy since
consciously 2005 I still find it hard to give myself time. So
when I just allow myself time to pretty much do nothing, to
potter about, do the laundry that anything doesn’t matter,
cook, bake, B, B, I find that an act of great self love, and I’m
working on that more and more. I’ve been a hard worker all my
life, and grew up with a dad who was a hard worker too. It’s in
my bones and my DNA to work hard, and I’m, you know, my 50s
now, and I’m just trying to learn to give myself time and
space, and it’s okay to just sometimes turn off the phone and
do nothing. And that, to me, is self love, yeah, Jannecke Øinæs: and what is the
deeper meaning of life from your perspective? Amanda Ellis: Oh, my gosh,
that’s a question the deeper meaning of life, you see, I find
that quite hard to answer in many ways, because I’m the type
of person that if you met at a party, I would be talking about
the meaning of life in the first five minutes. It’s it’s always
with me. I just I live my life. I try to always live my life
from with a spiritual lens. So I just feel that the meaning of
life is just to try to learn as much as I possibly can, and I
want to say, fulfill my contract to the best of my ability. I’m a
mother, I’m a wife, I’m a daughter, I’m a sister, but
equally, I know that this role, what I’m doing now, my spiritual
teaching hat on, or whatever you want to call me. I don’t really
like labels, but it’s important. It’s why I came and to try to
share what I’ve learned in past lives and to discover more about
who I am now, so we can take it all back and put it into that
collective Akashic Record, which we all build together. You know, Jannecke Øinæs: Where do people
find you if they want to follow you, if they want to work with
you? Amanda Ellis: Thank you. I’ve
got a YouTube channel which is called Amanda Ellis, and I’ve
got my social media pages are called angelic celestial colors,
which I know is a terrible mouthful, but it’s what I was
given about 20 years ago, and I’ve not changed it. And I have
a website called angelic celestial colors as well. Yeah,
based in the UK. So we sell, I’ve done a couple of oracle
cards, Oracle card decks, one for Metatron and one for Christ
consciousness, which just help people to navigate their path,
and we sell aura sprays and things like that. So lots going
on, but I’m very grateful for your time as well and the
opportunity to speak to your community. And I’d like to send
