Naomi Osaka vs. Amanda Anisimova Extended Highlights | 2025 US Open Semifinal
game was over. First game just over three in a couple of her matches. Average rally length. If you look at the opponents that they both face, the bigger hitters. So when you put two big hitters together, you expect a lot of first strike tennis. That is going to be the name. Yay! Nice. [Applause] [Applause] This was good ball striking from Osaka and Ana Samovva fending off that first shot and then stepping in on 40-15. This is how Anisoga looked against just seeming to control every impulse of the match. [Applause] Love it. Spectacular ball striker. [Applause] Yeah, I want to see my line. [Applause] Hello. to six. Halfway to another US Open final is Naomi Osaka. Still in for Manovva. First game second. Hopefully that was just after the shot. Okay. Thank you. [Applause] Lift yourself up. Not so 15 [Applause] sat and watch some tennis alongside her. again. pushed into a hole mentally and needs to try and find a way out of it if she wants to turn this match around. 13 their players with their fair share of crowd support and this crowd appreciating the shot making yourself back. She just sweeps into him. Such a stable shot. 17 left. [Applause] pick up some break. [Applause] Game was second. Incredible stamina here under pressure and under duress. And we’ve talked about Amanda Anisimova’s back end a bunch, but the forehand of Naomi, that acceleration of the wrist when you see it from up close is a fascinating thing to behold because she accelerates it just before she hits the ball. And sometimes it looks like the ball will fly long, but it jumps just before the line. And it’s uh it’s very impressive what she came up with here down 1540 in this game. Her mom seems pretty happy about it. She gets [Applause] one more set with the selection. Who’s in the Saturday final of the 2025 US Open? Love it. She was in control most of the time. Of course, they traded breaks and it went back and forth, but that five all game to get to 65, especially where Osaka raised her level and just took the game. You wonder if Anna Samova could push back. And boy, did she. She’s more than pushed back. And now very much in control. She started out hitting Naomi Osaka in that tie break and it has continued here into the third set. [Applause] [Applause] That’s going into the match on a single two sets. 67 76 just a tie break away from a straight set win. But in just about three hours at just about 1:00 in the morning, it’s Amanda Anisova [Applause] in her second straight Grand Slam final of the season. [Applause] This is an impressive performance from Amanda Anisova.

Awesome power, skill and resilience, both played great but Anisimova did better with the crucial points and clearly wanted it more, she's in her second Grand slam final of the year and we all know its not by accident, its by design 🙂
Osaka dressing style ??? 👀🫢 This is definitely not for tennis court 😆😆😆
テニスは格闘技だとおもえる試合
I’m so glad that the two most insufferable women, Coco Gauff and Naomi Osaka, were eliminated! 😂
Amanda really deserved to win, Osaka got this far thanks to the referee and Guaff's mistakes, the rest of her opponents were easy, when we watch Sablenka or Amanda's matches we realize that Osaka's level is lower than the others, congratulations to Amanda
Аманда ❤❤❤❤. Молодчинка гарна красуня дівчина і тенісистка 😊😊😊
Tomara que ela consiga esse título, fiquei triste com a final dela em Wimbledon.
Love watching Osaka Lose
Why are commentators so dead during this match, during mens singles they seem to be hyped for the players 🤷
Amanda’s playing style isn’t sustainable. I predict a very one sided final. It’s a shame because Osaka sabalenka would’ve been a blockbuster affair
大坂が負けたのは悔しいが アニシモバちゃんはロマンの塊
I wish ESPN viewers could have watched this incredible match with the always funny and insightful Mary Carillo and Andrea Petkovic commentating, and not the endless, inane blathering of Chris Evert. She's always pretty awful, but this was a new low. I don't understand why she's employed as a commentator.
ЦИЦЬКИ класні! Залишимо сабаленку мріяти про US
I don't see the ball.
Love and die by the serve. Anisimova needs to learn from Sabalenka mental glitch when she double faulted loads years ago
Did anyone see this match on Hulu because I didn't.. What a scam

Omyaaaagaaashhhhiiiiii❤❤❤😂😂😂l was so happy for Amanda with all the hard fight she had to put up and eventually she made it through…well done dear ❤️😢👏👏
GO ANISIMOVA!!!!❤❤❤❤
Two power hitters going at it and making this a monumental clash of the titans.
Anisimova proved she is stronger than Osaka both physically & mentally and outhit her by a large margin. Ridiculous amount of winners being hit. But I'm more impressed with how she kept her composure throughout the <3hr slugfest.
