I mean, again, it was such a good return that Baptist hit, but how well did Naomi Asaka deal with that one? Oh wow. That’s as good as we’ve seen from Haley Baptist. Okay. So Naomi Osaka back in the third round here at the US Open for the first time since 2021. The twotime champion here maybe just beginning to peak again. That was a very impressive display out here on Armstrong today. Just 70 minutes all that was required. And the draw is a good one next as well. It will either be Daria Kazakina or Camila Rakimova up next for her. Gets it done. 63 6-1

The 2025 US Open runs from August 18 – September 7 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.     Osaka is back – well kind of. Look at videos of her playing in 2018- 2021 and ask yourself is she? It’s a different Osaka in terms of her style of play. She is not serving as fiercely or crushing the ball as often. I think she may have deliberately taken about 10 miles per hour off her serve because she was getting too many abdominal injuries and her service action was the main cause. She has become a more patient player who is playing longer points. I hope this style of play is enough to win another slam. I guess we shall see. All the best Naomi!❤

    Osaka has more aura in the WTA you can see WTA missed her presence on the court she only need to take advantage of that
