IT is a given, automatic, A Fact, that all houses in any condition, will sell for more money than the business she's working for- will ever give the current owners of such houses.
Why would anyone sell them their current houses, when they could directly sell them with their real estate agents or directly and get lots more money.
These people are anxiously desperate and not hungry, but thirsty for money.
