昔は可愛いとエロいを兼ね備えて若いのに色気があるって感じだったのが最近は大人の男らしさとエロさを兼ね備えた色気を出してる。はぁ、かっこいい。

リアルタイム世代やけどKAT-TUN出てきた時は天下取るグループ感が半端なかった
特に最初RealFaceを観た時は完全にカルチャーショックだった
「なんでジャニーズやのに坊主おるん？」「ラップ本気すぎひん？」「ジャニーズやねんから嬢ちゃん泣かせたらアカンやん」「なんでタモさん見てる前で舌打ちするん？」
当時小6の俺には刺激が強すぎた
がなんとなくRealFaceの歌詞は人生の真理を謳っているようにも感じた
そこから俺の中の"カッコいい"の教科書は彼らだった
学年主任のコワモテ体育教師に睨まれようが親戚のおっさんにたまに会う度に叱られようが自分なりのKAT-TUNらしさ、とりわけ赤西っぽさを追求してた
長めの襟足をヘアアイロンで外ハネさせ100均サングラスにダメージジーンズ、冬はファー付きのアウター
ギリギリでいつも生きていたいから毎朝時間ギリギリにアスファルトを蹴り飛ばしながら登校し
夜な夜な親にバレないように家を抜け出して近所のコンビニでチキン買い食いしては退屈な夜にドロップキックしたつもりになってた
嵐やその他ジャニーズには絶対に出せないKAT-TUN特有の"不敵感"
グループ内の序列関係無くメンバー同士でお前呼ばわりしあってイジり合う男ノリが観ていて心地良かった
田口はたまに可哀想だったけど笑
赤西が途中であからさまにモチベーションを喪失し脱退→田中も脱退
俺にとってのKAT-TUNがKAT-TUNたりえる象徴そのものだった2人の脱退後は完全に離れてしまっていた
中丸の普通っぽさも亀梨のプロフェッショナル感も田口のぶっとび天然感も上田のダークホース感も、このアイドルらしからぬ2人がいてこその6人のバランス感覚で成り立ってたんだなと
メンバー全員のイニシャルを繋ぎ合わせてKAT-TUN
まさにその通りで皮肉にもこれだけ名前負けしてないグループも珍しいんじゃないかな
彼らの姿から感じ学んだことは少なからずある
両雄並び立たず
何事においても早熟で完成が早いとそれを維持するのは困難だということ
SMAPもTOKIOも嵐も、はたまたEXILEも長きに渡り第一線で活躍するグループは売れなかった下積み期間が少なからずあり、その時に味わった苦渋がスターダムに乗った後のモチベーション維持の継続に大いに役立つ
皮肉なことにその危うさこそがKAT-TUNの魅力でもあるのだが…
KAT-TUNから離れてしばらくしてソロ歌手として独自の道を切り開いた赤西に再会した
芸能界の悪しき風習やしがらみから解放され自分の信じる音楽性を追求し、独自のアーティスト像を確立した赤西
もはや芸能人＝TVの時代ではない
グループ脱退、ソロ活動、結婚、ジャニーズ退所
彼の人生の局面には必ず容赦無いバッシングが付いて回った
だが今俺の憧れた赤西仁はそこにいる
周りの声に惑わされず、世間からの避難を恐れず自分にとって愛すべきもの、必要なものを見極め選びとった結果
不条理な現実から飛び出してギリギリでいつも生きていけるのは彼のような天才だけなんだとも感じた
