Japanese actor and idol Mizuki Itagaki found dead at 24 Japanese actor and singer Mizuki Itagaki has passed away at the age of 24. According to Itagaki’s family, the young man suffered from a mental disorder and went missing in late January 2025. Police reportedly recently found his body in Tokyo. He was 24 years old. The family of the deceased said, “We sincerely thank the fans who warmly supported Mizuki during his life, as well as everyone who helped him. Mizuki passed away as a result of an accident. He always wanted to bring joy to others with his smile through his creative work. Just when he was actively moving forward to resume his career, his life was cut short. We are sure that he himself would have felt deep regret. We will be grateful if you remember his works with warmth. Thank you for your support and love.” Born in 2000, Itagaki Mizuki debuted in 2014 as a member of the group M!LK. The group was recently accused of plagiarizing aespa’s “Whiplash”. However, M!LK has not made any statements regarding the matter to this day. After leaving the group in 2020, Itagaki continued his acting career and starred in dramas and films such as “Sweet Home Marriage”, “Bad Girl”, “Rich People”, “Hiru”, “Honest Real Estate”, “Solomon’s Perjury”, “Blue Sky at Your Feet” and many more.
