[𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐉] COLLAB: SKY × Crystal Kay – ‘Lied to you’ & 金城碧海『恋におちたら』🍂Reaction (ENG/JPN SUBS)

Guys hi! welcome back to my channel. Today we’re gonna be checking out [𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐉] COLLAB. We are having ‘Lied to you’ with SKY × Crystal Kay And then we’ll be also checking out their performance which was dropped on Crystal’s YouTube page, 
If I Fall in Love. I think that’s the correct translation. Okay, hear me out. We need to 
chit-chat a bit because Crystal Kay is huge and I know that she’s huge in Japan and her songs was in Japan ORICON charts from the age of 17 I’ve got all that information and I would not say I’m familiar with Crystal. I’m not! I know just couple of songs here and there but I kind of know that SKY covered you know in JO1 cover or JO1 original – I don’t remember exactly – the song they will be performing next – if I fall in love – and you guys back then told me that it was SKY’s 
mom’s favorite song or artist. I don’t know like I may be remembering it incorrectly but ..I don’t 
know from where I get it but I just had this thought in my head and I think someone told me 
in the comment section. just remind me please because you know we are checking out a bunch of 
JO1 content so time to time I forget some things here and there but before we move on to that one I 
want to talk about ‘Lied to you’. And also I want to say that I know they dropped this collab [ behind ]
but I can’t check it out because there’s no subtitles till now. They dropped yesterday or 
the day before yesterday and I put everything in my watch later playlist. This one – if I fall in 
love with – if I fall in love – and then that behind. But we’re gonna react only two videos for now – just the performances & behind I will do later on separately. So stay tuned for that 
one. about ‘Lied to you’… I’m scared. And if you know me you know how much this song means to 
me and how much I love it. This one even made in my #2 top favorite songs in my top 50 favorite songs of 2024. So if you have not checked out link somewhere here of my video. you know I’ve 
discussed everything about that one back then. it’s just.. my heart! because you know.. I’m gonna tell you why I’m having this kind of on and off type of emotion because when you already have 
a favorite song, you unintentionally get skeptical with the remakes, remixes, covers or whatever. 
So, this is purely personal. Nothing to do with anyone. Just heads up, okay? Because I know myself 
and I know that sometimes I slip out Some things I may regret. So, I always try to think a million of times before I say anything. But anyways, guys, let’s do this one. I’m excited. Make sure

else? I don’t know. Let’s go. Are we ready? Whoa, what a layer in her voice. I love how she’s ‘hmm’ ad-libs and all Beautiful guys hear me out. This one is interesting. If I had to describe with two words only, it is definitely beautiful and interesting. And also I would add that it is a bit different from what I usually have in mind when it comes to this song because you know to me it was so beautiful to listen to but it felt a bit strong for the vibe I’m usually getting from the song. you know like the vocals the voices topnotch like top tier – hands down. I’m not saying anything cuz I don’t really have any right to say anything about that. But what I just want to say is that the strength in vocals in the drop and all – to me – personally to me it is a bit strong because this song at some point to me is connected to a bit more of vulnerability and all. Damn. how to explain like just take purely vocal wise. That’s it. That’s what I want to say. And also I felt like it was a bit more melodic. I mean I’m not against it because this is collab. This is basically a bit other version from the original one. So 
we’ll definitely be getting additional things. I felt like it was a bit more melodic and 
it had a bit more instruments involved in it I don’t know. But overall, I liked it. And 
honestly, is it purely my style? It’s not like I prefer a bit lighter version, a bit vulnerable 
version. I don’t know if you get it or not, but it’s just as I said from the beginning like I knew I would have such emotions because like you are extra attentive towards the song you 
especially love and as I said more critical but it comes to my specific taste. So y’all 
this is what it is. Moving on. Oh wait, I forgot to like this one. Now this is the 
second one. This song is so beautiful. And I remember when I first heard SKY covering, 
I was head over heels. Like I kept listening to that song. It is so freaking 
beautiful. And right now listening it to live will be like a chef’s kiss. So 
let’s do this one together. Let’s go. He said ‘I’m nervous?’ She’s 
gorgeous. Her texture of voice is so beautiful. CUTE! I can’t stop smiling. What the heck? SKY is singing with his eyebrows.)) I love that Yes. See this is the only difference when you’re having good singers in the room and when one of them is fully confident and second one is 
really really nervous. It’s like a nervousness is not coming out of the thought that: ‘oh I’m 
not good enough.’ No, it’s not coming out of that. Nervousness can come out from being in 
the room as one of your favorite artists of all time. And I know that Crystal as an artist is really one of the lovable ones and respectable ones for Sky. So it means a lot. And 
even if your vocals are going crazy, you still can be nervous. And it was slightly 
visible in this one. But you know what kind of nervousness it was? Nervousness and excitement 
type of a mix because you could see in SKY’s eyes how excited he was for this collaboration 
and I just love it. Is it the first time we are getting collaboration? Like have we celebrated 
it enough? And starting with this one. Yes, I approve. This was amazing. This was so 
beautifully done. I love the aesthetics and Crystal is absolutely amazing. Like her vocal 
texture is insanely beautiful. So good. And visually, what a woman. Like Crystal. Damn. What 
a gorgeous woman. I swear to you. But yeah. Okay, this will be it. Share your thoughts in the
