Have you seen episodes 9 and 10 of the Japanese version of Marry My Husband? The final episode has finally aired, but here are the 5 best scenes where emotion and fear intersected, my personal MVP, and review. Let’s look back together. Best scene 1 is the scene where Wataru shows his unwavering love for Misa and the recovery of the past. In the plot recovery in Toyama, Wataru actually went to visit Misa’s grandmother and died in a car accident on the day he finished interring Misa’s ashes in the grave in Toyama where his father rests . It was finally revealed that, like Misa, Wataru also took Misa’s father’s taxi and traveled through the beautiful cherry blossom road to 2015. Wataru , who has memories after the time leap, tried to protect Misa at the risk of his own life , and his sincere love was unwavering and good. The scene where he tried to take Tomoya down with him if he was destined to die was nerve-wracking. Misa’s intervention was also thrilling and life-threatening, and it was a nerve-wracking scene. Best scene 2 was the death of Tomoya, which I empathized with more than the Korean version. I think the reason for this was that there were scenes where Tomoya seemed to really like him, and he was portrayed not as just a trash husband, but as a somewhat foolish villain that you can’t hate. And above all, Yokoyama Yu’s acting got better and better with each episode, which also helped me empathize with him. That’s why I couldn’t feel relieved when Tomoya died, and it was a really painful scene. The third best scene was a suspenseful Reina theater that was so packed with content that it made me think she was the hidden lead. In particular, the fierce battle between Reina and Misa on the snowy mountain was a thrilling one to watch as they clashed with their true feelings and emotions. At the end, she asked Wataru to let her meet Misa, and then she changed into a hotel waitress’ outfit so she wouldn’t get caught by the police… she called Wataru to her car and stabbed him, which was scary. In the final battle, Reina kidnapped Misa from the audience, and was a total psychopath and horror. The twisted friendship between the two was sad. Reina’s choice to die after the fierce battle was somehow sad, just like her mother’s. Misa would be traumatized if she had to die like that right in front of her. The main cast was well-developed, so some viewers were saddened by Reina’s death! “Reina’s end was too sad,” “Shiraishi Sei was amazing as the mysterious Reina,” “I think she was the most challenging role out of all the cast members,” and other comments were made. The fourth best scene was the touching scene where the two of them live out the future that Wataru had imagined together. They drink bubble tea together and watch the movie “Your Name” together during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was touched that everything happened, including going to see Shohei Otani play at the no-audience Olympics in America. The 5th best scene was the kiss scene after the proposal on the first anniversary of Misa’s death. If I may be greedy, I was a little disappointed that it was Misa who proposed and not Wataru, but after that, Wataru told Misa that he would always love her and gave her an engagement ring, and the kiss scene was wonderful. Both of them had unhappy lives in their first lives, but I’m really glad that they were able to have a happy ending in their second lives. Finally, I will announce my personal MVP. My personal MVP is Shiraishi Sei, who plays Reina. Her acting, which was so intense that it overshadowed the main character, who was crazy and filled with darkness and sadness, made the drama interesting until the very end. The final scene was especially suspenseful, and had the power of a movie version. I’m curious about Sumiyoshi’s overcoming of cancer and the outcome of Mirai and Tanabe’s love, but the acting of the cast and the script for all 10 episodes were wonderful. Please let me know your thoughts on the final episode in the comments. Thank you for watching. Subscribe to our channel! Like! Thank you!
