簡介：該片主要講述了隊長齊偉斌（邢瀚卿 飾）和副隊陳敏（李萌萌 飾）接到販毒舉報電話後，攜小組成員對嫌疑目標展開祕密調查、與毒梟段坤（古斌 飾）、段譽（褚前 飾）鬥智鬥勇的緝毒故事。齊偉斌借嫌疑人裝車之際混進貨廂，跟隨車輛抵達製毒窩點，並藉助地勢和隊友配合伺機而動，一舉將製毒工廠拔除。原以爲破獲要案，孰不知這一切都是一場黑喫黑的陰謀……面對錯失抓捕新晉毒梟段氏兄弟、隊友的意外重傷，他陷入了深深的自責。不料意外頻發，布控多時的另一條長線目標人物嚴康突然死亡，至此濱海地下毒品案的線索源頭突然中斷。通過調查，掃毒小隊終於發現案件的突破口，新的嫌疑目標掮客-泥鰍。泥鰍是誰？誰又是濱海毒品案真正的幕後黑手？
