This song is based on a poet (?) if I remember correctly. It praises the image of the lotus in Buddhism. The lotus symbolizes pureness, honesty, dignity, circle of reincarnation, life continuation.
Well actually I don’t really understand this song in this play’s context (why they use the lotus image?) but the song itself when standing alone is good so…hehe. Plus Mario’s voice is angelic.
