    I would have to agree with the umpire on the shouting/talking thing during serve. Even if they're not intending to throw off the opponent, it can be distracting in its own way because they ARE the opponent. It's one thing when some dumbahh heckels from the crowd but it's another thing when your actual opponent starts chanting all of the sudden. It's more respectful to just not say anything while the other person is serving.
