Great match from both players.Baptiste at the third set coming to the net made Osaka struggle but she came back more stable and with clear mind.She might play doubles to gave her expierience on the net,Sometimes she could make a drop but she didn't has this shot or slice backhand.Baptiste showed good performance I hope she keep plaing like this and be better.

Insane defense by Baptiste today, and Osaka was fired up and held onto hope, good match
Naomi showed great concentration in the match, but she needs more range of shots and a change of speed tactics to submit the top again. She looks making the hard hit only and no drop or slice shot. Baptiste looks very talented with its brutal power and range of shots, reminding me of Serena Williams. She could be a top player when she can improve her physical things in the future.
I have always liked Osaka as a person and would like to see her win a slam again. However, her game lacks variety. Happy to see her moving a lot better and regaining her fighting spirit. Keep going Naomi!
