Good job to Naomi, I would love to see her work on her touch more moving forward, It will help her game improve too much. Throw in a slice and a drop shot and see how it will help her matches.

I have always been a fan of Osaka but I think while she was busy having a baby these girls were getting better and better. Personally given the status of these players I think it will be very difficult for her to win another slam. Paolini wasn't even winning when Osaka was playing but look at her now. She still has good skills but do do this new crop of players and they are not afraid to go after her. If she wins another slam I will be surprised.

Paolini deve angolare di più le risposte, visto che non ha una potenza eccezionale nei colpi! Nel primo set non lo ha fatto! La tennista italiana ci mette sempre un gran cuore, tenacia, resilienza e merita i suoi successi compiuti nonostante non sia facile per un'atleta non dotata di centimetri in altezza e gambe lunghe! Infatti spesso non riesce a recuperare da una parte all'altra del campo con la corsa come vorrebbe… La sua battuta non è irresistibile e risponde in modo prevedibile centralmente… Inoltre non sa approfittare di qualche smash che le si presenta, sbagliando spesso direzione dove spedire la pallina… Insomma di cose da migliorare secondo me in allenamento ne avrebbe diverse, ma supplisce con la tenacia e la convinzione in se stessa! Eroica! Sinceramente dopo il primo set ho pensato che avrebbe perso il match, perché Osaka era fisicamente e tecnicamente leggermente migliore!… Invece mi sono sbagliato perché di errori ne ha fatti anche l'orientale!…
