The Slow Metamorphosis of Feelings

такой любимый. Табадабадабада тадабада табада табадабадабада тадабада дабадабадабадабада тададада и снова мне твой голос чудится жизнь моя боль моя едва ли наша встреча сбудется так велика земля в твоj

This is not the usual style of videos I make, but this story seemed particularly fascinating to me. Although it is not a painting, the story behind these photos evokes the beauty of photography in general, which I still consider a form of art and human expression. I simply could not resist sharing this story.

In 1974, Japanese photographer Masahisa Fukase created the series From Window, capturing day after day his wife, Yōko Wanibe, from their apartment in Tokyo. As the photos unfold, her expressions shift: from joy to boredom, from tenderness to distance. This intimate project becomes far more than a simple ritual: it reveals, almost unintentionally, the slow fading of love within their relationship. Considered a significant work in his career, this series already foreshadows the introspective obsessions that would later culminate in his famous book Ravens (Karasu).

  1. He didn't "accidentally" catch her falling out of love, did you even read the story behind this at all?

    She was his muse.
That's all she was to him, she wasn't a wife, she was basically just an art piece. When she slowly realized that, she left

  2. smh leaving out the fact that he continue to take pictures even after she had a miscarriage, her smile going away is just her realizing he doesn't view her as a spouse.
