    I do this too. Language and culture can’t really be separated, and as such, we naturally take on the personality of the culture when we switch languages.

    I grew up in similar situation as his. My personality shifts completely as well in different languages.

    The funny thing is, its the other way around for Iñaki who play Luffy 😂 his voice is so deep when speaking in his mother tongue, which is Spanish, but his voice sounds a LOT higher when he speaks English or Japanese lol 🤣

    I feel the same way..I feel more reserved when speaking in Japanese but in English I feel like it's easier to express my feelings as well as free my expressions

    You’re picking up on a darkness that English carries. It’s the language of oppression. It's the language that the darkest people to exist use. It lacks the love and richness other languages were built on. English is about control, full of double speak, and is built on illusion. It’s subtle but real. The words feel heavier, the voice feels boxed in, the energy doesn’t breathe. All on purpose.

    I sound hyped and goofy in English because I learned it from memes meanwhile in my native language I sound cold and strict(russian). I can switch from silly cheary bro to depressed gansta in a second
